We never handle your money. Primordia has no payment system, no card details and no invoices. You buy Pro from Apple's App Store or Google Play, they charge the payment method on your store account, and they are the merchant of record for that transaction.
Renewal. The monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. Apple and Google require cancellation at least 24 hours before the period ends for it to take effect on that renewal. The lifetime unlock is a single charge — it does not renew, and there is nothing to cancel.
Cancelling. Cancel in your store account, not in Primordia — we have no ability to cancel a subscription on your behalf, and no visibility into your billing. The app's
Manage subscription row opens the right screen for you, or go directly to
your Apple subscriptions or
your Google Play subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the period you already paid for runs out.
Refunds. Refunds are Apple's and Google's to grant, under their own policies — we cannot issue one, reverse a charge, or override their decision. Request one at
reportaproblem.apple.com or through
Google Play's refund process. Write to us anyway if something went wrong: we can often explain what happened, and we would rather know.
Price changes. If we change the price of a subscription, the store handles notifying you and, where their rules require it, asking for your consent before the new price is charged. A lifetime unlock already bought is unaffected by a later price change.
Restoring a purchase. Pro is tied to the App Store or Google account that bought it, not to a Primordia account — there is no such thing. On a new phone, sign in to the same store account and use Restore purchases in Settings. If you buy on iOS, that purchase does not carry over to Android, or the reverse; the two stores are separate.
